Eating Healthy, & Losing weight w/ Beyonce!

Diet something most of us have struggled with and not knowing what to eat plays a major part. I became interested in changing my diet when a trainer of mine schooled me one the essential of still eating what I like just minimizing my portions and intaking the proper amounts of proteins, fiber, vitamins etc.
